vWells Law is hosted by Wells Law with a cloud hosting company and maintains their databases and information storage within their own dedicated server without access from anyone other than the Wells Law, or their agents.

The following paragraphs apply to Wells Law and any other websites, webpages, blog entries owned and operated by Wells Law.

If any information needs to be update, we delete the old records and ask that the individuals voluntarily complete the application, form, or other instrument for collecting information.It is our goal maximize the security of your information. In the event Wells Law or its agents collects your information, Wells Law will do so because it is necessary for us to provide you with what we promise at Wells Law. Wells Law will collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, and other basic contact details. Wells Law may need your mailing address should we work together in any capacity. Wells Law collect personal information relating to our application process to understand who you are, what you want, your skills and experience, education, and useful information to let us know who you are.

All information is collected for the purpose of providing the highest possible service and to deliver on all promises and commitments outlined on Wells Law.

Wells Law will maintain a very simple opt-out system, so if at anytime, you do not want to receive correspondence from us, you will be removed from our entire system by using the remove link at the bottom of the email.
